Summary :
To provide hands-on operational capacity for company's Routing and API Gateway migration and to ensure SLA-driven support
Details / Scope of the project :
- Manage routing configuration changes and validate deployments
- Supporting API traffic migration to new Kong-based gateway
- Provide 24 / 7 incident triage and escalation with 15-min SLA for P1 issues
- Perform patching, certificate rotations, and compliance tasks
- Contribute to post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and runbook updates
