Job Description

We are hiring a Crisis Management Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in managing, coordinating, and improving enterprise-level crisis response programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Crisis Management, with exposure to Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Risk Management.

This role is pivotal in preparing the organization to respond to disruptive incidents effectively, ensuring resilience and quick recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the development and execution of Crisis Management strategies and playbooks
Coordinate real-time incident response activities across business units during crises
Conduct crisis simulation exercises and post-incident reviews
Collaborate with business continuity and risk teams to align crisis response plans
Maintain and update crisis communication plans and stakeholder contact lists
Monitor emerging risks and provide timely risk intelligence
Prepare executive reports and dashboards on incident readiness and response effectiveness

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Crisis Management at the enterprise level

Exposure to BCP / BCM frameworks and Risk Management practices

Experience in conducting drills, simulations, and crisis response coordination

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making under pressure

Familiarity with governance frameworks like ISO 22301, NIST, or FFIEC is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid work environment
