Job description

Role : - SAP Technical Project Manager

Location : Hyderabad, Noida

Experience : 12-18 years

Work mode : Work from office

Skills needed :

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP technical project management
  • Proven experience in SAP HANA upgrades, S / 4HANA implementations, and cloud integrations
  • Strong understanding of SAP BASIS, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and infrastructure components
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendor coordination
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed teams
  • Thai language proficiency is a plus
  • Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery models"

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage technical workstreams including BASIS, ABAP / Fiori development, SAP BTP, and infrastructure
  • Coordinate with functional leads, architects, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of technical components
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone tracking for technical activities
  • Oversee system landscape design, environment setup, and technical readiness for SAP HANA upgrade
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across technical streams and escalate as needed
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and Thai regulatory standards
  • Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, and cutover planning sessions
  • Support integration testing, performance validation, and go-live readiness
  • Maintain documentation for technical architecture, configurations, and deployment plans
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams and junior project managers
