Industry Preference : FMCG Background

Unicorn Vending is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Purchase / Buying Executive to strengthen our procurement operations. If you come from the FMCG industry and understand fast-moving supply chains, vendor coordination, and cost-efficient purchasing, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities :

Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and vending-related supplies

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors

Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory

Ensure timely replenishment to support smooth business operations

Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for best pricing and quality

Work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Experience in the FMCG industry (Highly preferred)

Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control & vendor management

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Good analytical ability & attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
