Mep Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV).
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the MEP engineering team and site engineers.
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and approve drawings, submittals, and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, BOQ preparation, vendor selection, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, quality control, and handover documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Drive innovation in sustainability and energy efficiency practices in MEP systems.
