We are looking for highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineers to join our team for residential building projects in Chennai.
Position : Civil Engineer
📍 Location : Chennai
Experience Required : Minimum 5-10 years
Mandatory Requirement :
Candidates must have strong prior experience in supervising and executing residential building projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee complete site execution for residential buildings
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, structural requirements, and specifications
- Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Manage labour teams, materials, and daily site operations
- Maintain quality control, safety standards, and timely completion
- Resolve site issues, technical queries, and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare daily / weekly site progress reports
- Handle site measurements, client updates, and billing processes
