Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive (Fresher) to join our Purchase / Supply Chain team. The role involves assisting in sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and maintaining inventory, Documentation and Travelling across India to meet the Vendors and to Procure as per company need.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors as per company requirements.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare cost analysis.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in the system.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery and order updates.
• Support in maintaining purchase records and supplier databases.
• Assist in negotiating basic terms (price, delivery schedule, payment).
• Collaborate with the accounts and inventory teams to ensure proper billing and stock management.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
