Role Accountability
1.Support in design and implementation of organizational rewards philosophy
2.Manage Job evaluation process
3.Responsible for Manpower planning & budgeting
4.Manage Org Structure & design
5.Design and ensure flawless implementation of increment framework- merit increase / promotion increase / salary correction etc
6.Manage end to end implementation of LTI & STI framework
7.Manage all HR documentation pertaining to board / NRC resolutions
8.Support in design, renewal and communication of HR policies
9.Liaison with HR consultants to gather market information around rewards linked practices
10.Implement salary benchmark surveys and design role / hiring ranges
11.Manage C&B operations, including VIC payouts, Compensation provisioning etc.
12.Manage timely onboarding, renewal and billing of all compensation vendors
