We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead our product lines. In this role, you’ll combine strategy, execution, and customer engagement — shaping products that make a real impact on the way fleets operate.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Assist in market research and field studies to deeply understand customer’s needs, pain points, and competitive gaps through interviews, observation, and on-the-ground field visits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, staying ahead of developments and understanding buyer behavior.
- Lead concept definition, workflow mapping, and design validation, collaborating with UI / UX designers and BAs to ensure products are intuitive, functional, and user-centered.
- Define features, functional specifications, and product launches, turning ideas into tangible solutions.
- Run beta and pilot programs to validate early-stage products, learning directly from users and iterating quickly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, support and sales to deliver seamless, impactful experiences.
- Empower sales teams with product knowledge, messaging, and tools that inspire confidence and drive adoption.
- Conduct customer demos and review meetings, serving as the voice of the customer and championing their needs in every decision.
What You’ll Bring
