Job descriptionWork closely with Product to implement UI / UX improvements that increase conversions. Build custom pages and interactive product experiences to showcase products. Optimize mobile-first design for seamless high-end shopping experiences. Implement A / B testing experiments to refine product pages, form placements, and checkout flows. Optimize page load speeds, lazy loading, and image compression to enhance site performance. Reduce code bloat and improve Shopify site architecture for better user experience. Troubleshoot bugs, checkout errors, and performance bottlenecks. Integrate heatmaps, session tracking, and analytics tools to help improve the shopping journey. Provide insights on user behaviour and site interactions to drive better product and design decisions. Implement lead capture tracking & attribution tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Troubleshoot, test, and debug to maintain a seamless, high-performing site. 6+ years in Shopify development, UI / UX design, and e-commerce optimization. Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks. Experience in building custom Shopify themes & modifying existing themes. Strong UI / UX design skills, with a focus on optimizing user flows and mobile experience. Experience with Shopify Plus, API integrations, and performance optimizations. Familiarity with conversion optimization, heatmaps, and A / B testing tools. Understanding of SEO fundamentals and site performance optimisation.
