Position Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in scripting, automation, and modern DevOps practices. This individual contributor role demands deep technical expertise in building scalable infrastructure, automating CI / CD pipelines, and managing containerized environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to drive delivery excellence and ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps toolchains and infrastructure.
- Automate CI / CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Develop and troubleshoot Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Write structured, reusable automation scripts in Python, Shell, Batch, and Groovy.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters via Rancher across on-prem and Azure environments.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Apply and enforce security best practices, including vulnerability remediation.
- Research and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies.
- Collaborate using Git, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot for script generation and refactoring.
- Support incident response, deployments, and root cause analysis.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
