Job descriptionHands-on experience with n8n (open-source automation / workflow platform). Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development and API integrations. Practical experience with Vue.js (or similar frontend frameworks like React / Angular). Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, API keys). Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and data transformations. Experience with Git / GitHub and CI / CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Contributions to the n8n open-source community (plugins, packages, nodes). Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, Camunda, Airflow). Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Job Title- Senior / Lead Software Engineer(N8N Developer)
Job Location - Gurgaon / Bangalore(Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom n8n nodes, workflows, and packages to extend platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to build integration solutions that connect Simpplr with third-party applications and APIs.
- Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code in Node.js .
- Build and maintain frontend components using Vue.js for configuration UI, dashboards, and user-facing modules.
- Ensure high-quality code by writing unit and integration tests.
- Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot existing workflows and integrations.
- Stay up to date with n8n open-source community updates , best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Document workflows, integration guides, and developer playbooks.
