ServiceNow ITOM Developer (6+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer who has strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting IT Operations Management modules. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and the ability to work independently with client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop configure and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules such as :
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• CMDB enhancement & integrations
• Build and maintain ITOM workflows automation scripts and orchestration activities .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable ITOM operations.
• Integrate monitoring tools and third-party systems with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and CMDB best practices.
