HCC Coding

We are looking for skilled HCC Medical Coders with 1–6 years of experience to join our growing team. Candidates must have a life science background and a strong understanding of medical coding guidelines. Certified and non-certified candidates are welcome.

• ???? Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze patient records to assign accurate HCC codes.

Ensure coding compliance with CMS and ICD-10-CM guidelines.

Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and productivity.

Collaborate with QA teams for audits and feedback.

Stay updated with coding regulations and payer-specific requirements.

Education : Graduation in Life Sciences (mandatory).

Experience : 1–6 years in HCC coding.

Certification : CPC / COC / CCS / CRC (preferred, not mandatory).

Skills :

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
