Job Description

  • Implementation and Deployment : Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle EBS R12 financial modules, Cash Management, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL).
  • Localization for India (GST) : Customize financial modules to meet local tax requirements in India, particularly GST compliance, including process configuration, reporting, and regulatory adherence.
  • Project Management : Plan, manage, and execute financial system projects, including requirements definition, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project objectives.
  • Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and ensure smooth system maintenance.
  • System Integration : Ensure seamless integration between financial modules and other enterprise systems, including ERP solutions.
  • Training and Documentation : Train new and existing users on financial modules and create comprehensive documentation and user guides

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and deploying Oracle EBS R12 financial modules, Cash Mgmt., AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and GL.
  • In-depth knowledge of localization requirements in India, particularly GST compliance, with experience in configuring these requirements.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions & Projects Module is a significant advantage.
  • Strong business process analysis skills and ability to define system requirements.
  • High analytical ability to solve problems and think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and engage in self-learning.
  • Familiarity with Oracle development tools such as SQL, PL / SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher is an advantage.
  • Understanding of intercompany processes and transactions across global entities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in leading project teams is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Full-time position in Bangalore, India.
  • Experience working in a global organization is an advantage.
