- Review all creatives : statics, videos, reels, carousels, UI screens.
- Check alignment, spacing, typography, colour accuracy & brand adherence.
- Identify errors in spelling, grammar & visual hierarchy.
- Validate CTA placement, overlays, logo usage & brand elements.
- Ensure designs look clean, modern, trendy & platform-appropriate.
2. Creative Ideation & Concepting
Collaborate with strategy + creative teams to ideate fresh concepts.Suggest layouts, references, style inspirations, and creative directions.Provide improvement inputs early in the design flow.3. Team Guidance & Training
Conduct quick training sessions to upskill designers & editors.Share best practices for typography, motion patterns, reels, Canva flows, etc.Help build an internal QC checklist for consistent output.4. Workflow Support
Use own network / team of designers / editors during high-volume periods.Smooth coordination with internal designers, editors & creative managers.5. Brand & Guideline Adherence
Quickly understand and adapt to client brand guidelines.Maintain updated design systems & ensure team compliance.🛠 Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years in graphic design with QC / Creative Lead exposure.Strong eye for detail, alignment, balance & brand consistency.Deep understanding of social media formats (Reels, Carousels, Statics, Thumbnails).Proficiency in :CanvaAdobe IllustratorPhotoshopBasic video editing (Premiere Pro / AE is a plus)Excellent grasp of colour theory, typography, layout systems & visual hierarchy.Strong communication and feedback skills.Ability to manage deadlines & review multiple creatives daily.⭐ Good to Have
Prior QC / Creative Supervisor experience in an agency.Experience building design SOPs or QC processes.Own network / team for backup support.UI / UX basics.🎁 What We Offer
