Principal Member Technical Staff

Design, develop, troubleshoot The 5G Security Edge Protection Proxy (SEPP) which is a non-transparent proxy that sits at the perimeter of the PLMN network and enables secured communication between inter-PLMN network messages. Your responsibilities will include understanding the needs, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working with world-class software development teams globally to design, develop and deliver the features for 5G SEPP

Mandatory Skills :

• Must have good experience in 5G (SEPP, AMF, SMF, NRF, AUSF, PCF, UDR mobile core.
• Should have good knowledge of 3GPP Standard for 4G / 5G Mobile Core.
• Knowledge of protocols like HTTP / 2, TLS, and JSON / REST.
• Should have very good understanding of the Virtualization / Containerization
• Automating some of the above mentioned activities programmatically via their API’s.
• Solid experience in high scalability projects involving cloud-based infrastructure design and implementation.
• Strong Multithreaded programming and debugging skills in JAVA.
• Strong Programming and debugging skills on Linux.
• Good experience with developing Microservices based Rest Services using J2EE Spring.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Java based applications.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in designing and implementing web applications using J2EE Spring Boot based backend.
• Good experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Integrations, MySQL DB.
• Good experience with Automated Unit Testing of components.
• Ability to quickly isolate and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in Jira, Git and Confluence will be an additional advantage
• Good exposure to Container / Micro-service infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, Celph, Helm, Docker, Cloud Native etc..
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
• Proficient in scripting languages including Bash, Python and JavaScript a plus.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines.
• Experience in communicating with various operators will be an additional advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
