• Seeking an Implementation Lead with 8+ years of experience in SAAS product implementation, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• The role involves managing and mentoring a team of implementation managers and consultants, driving the implementation strategy, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions, and achieving high customer satisfaction.
• The Lead will be responsible for managing project risks, resource allocation, and providing strategic direction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in enterprise software, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives to align project expectations.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills are a must, along with proficiency in client engagement and managing complex integration Candidate :
