Business Intelligence Analyst - Data Insights
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to help us extract, transform, and load data into ServiceNow. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on data mappings and migration activities.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurately migrated and formatted for optimal usage within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with SMEs to design and implement data mappings and migrations
- Develop and maintain data extraction and transformation scripts
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices
