Majesco Billing Developer- Immediate Joiners (Urgent Search)

A Majesco Billing Center Developer specializes in building, configuring, and maintaining insurance billing solutions using the Majesco platform. This role is most common in organizations implementing Majesco's property & casualty insurance suite, especially the billing and payments modules.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure billing solutions using Majesco Billing Center.

Implement product configurations and enhancements based on business requirements.

Address defects, change requests, and work closely with testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Collaborate with business analysts and customers to translate insurance and billing requirements into technical solutions.

Maintain complex integration software, including APIs (SOAP / REST), batch processes, and data object modeling.

Work with client interfaces such as Java and configuration flows.

Lead and coordinate full lifecycle development activities, often in agile environments.

Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards (P&C Billing, Policy, Claims).

Create and maintain documentation for enhancements, day-to-day tasks, and system architecture.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Majesco platform development, especially in billing and insurance solutions.

Deep domain expertise in insurance software platforms and business processes.

Hands-on experience with Majesco DevStudio and relevant toolkits (ICD / ICM, Digital 1st, EDW).

Proficiency in object-oriented programming and languages such as Java.

Understanding of insurance industry processes, especially P&C billing, claims, commissions, and policy administration.

Experience in configuring UI / screens, business rules, rating, product / billing plans, and integrations.

Strong knowledge of databases (often SQL), enterprise systems, and application upgrade activities.

Experience with integration and API development.

Ability to work in agile project environments and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
