focus is on high-quality, premium products for developed export markets while also being a trusted supplier to major OEMs across India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, planning, supply chain, and EHS.
• Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean, TPM, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OEM requirements, global quality standards, and export market regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing for new product industrialisation and process optimisation.
• Oversee manpower planning, training, and development to build a high-performance operations team.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, labour, environmental, and sustainability norms (SMETA, SEDEX, FSC / EUDR).
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap reduction, cost per ton, energy efficiency, and report directly to top management.
