About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Java Spring Boot Developer to join our growing team. If you enjoy building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions, this role is for you.

Location : Remote (first 6 months), then Work From Office (Kochi)

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience : 3+ years

Availability : Immediate joiner (within 1 week)

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Java & Spring Boot

Build and integrate RESTful APIs with external systems

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Collaborate with front-end, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security

Work with SQL / No SQL databases and manage efficient data access

Stay current with new technologies and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional backend development experience with Java

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs

Solid understanding of OOP & design patterns

Experience with databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, etc. )

Familiarity with Git, CI / CD, and microservices

Bonus : Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes, cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), messaging queues (Kafka / Rabbit MQ) , or exposure to front-end frameworks
