(3 Days Left) Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities :

• To identify and assign stories to the writers based on trends and news developments
• To prepare and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication and take initiative to strategize for / big news events.
• To fix all hygiene items vis-a-vis SEO, headlining and quality of copy in terms of facts, language and grammar.
• To be responsible for tracking website traffic & user engagement and achieving targets
• Have the ability to give direction on re-purposing of content.
• To closely track competition and have an aggressive instinct to put out the most holistic content in terms of angularity and copy.
• Have the ability to strategize and constantly improve the quality of content.
• To ensure that the guidelines for the tone, style and voice of all the content is in unison and consistent with the editorial identity of the brand.
• To measure and analyze what is working and what is not on a real-time basis and find solutions to glitches based to derive an effective content matrix which may be reviewed from time to time.
