About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in managing complete books of accounts while supporting management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PT, and IT filings
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Conduct variance analysis and present financial reports to management
• Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Manage invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor / customer reconciliations
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of all entries
• Ensure timely closing of books every month
