Senior Accountant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in managing complete books of accounts while supporting management with financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PT, and IT filings
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis and present financial reports to management
- Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Manage invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor / customer reconciliations
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of all entries
- Ensure timely closing of books every month

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance3–7 years of practical accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulationsProficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime , MS Excel, and accounting softwareExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills
