Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Associate Creative Director – Design to lead and elevate our visual storytelling across digital, print, and motion platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise mentoring teams, refining creative outputs, and ensuring every visual aligns with brand intent and campaign goals.

This role requires a blend of creative direction, design craft, and leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, strategists, copywriters, and production teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful brand narratives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Design Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end design process across digital, social, print, and motion deliverables.
• Translate brand objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling and design systems.
• Review and refine design outputs to maintain consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and strategists to shape campaign concepts and visual direction.
