Profile- Design Supervisor
Experience- 4+ Years (Digital Agency Experience)
Location : Lower Parel
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Report directly to the ACD / CD – Art, while working alongside a Copy Supervisor and Account Manager to plan and execute brand deliverables.
- Manage a minimum of 5 brands, collaborating with assigned designers and motion graphic artists.
- Oversee end-to-end brand work – from content calendar planning, brainstorming, referencing, execution to final delivery with your team.
- Lead pitches and campaigns from ideation and brainstorming through to execution.
- Mentor, train, and groom team members by conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions on the latest design trends, AI tools, and software.
- Proactively pitch value-add campaigns beyond monthly scope – such as seasonal promotions, launches, photoshoots, films, CGI, etc.
- Leverage in-house resources (studio, cameraman, 3D artist) to create high-quality, innovative content.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Team Lead / Senior Art Director in an advertising agency.Strong background in team management and handling multiple brands simultaneously.Expertise in Adobe Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.Hands-on experience with AI image / video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Kling).Strong art direction skills with the ability to conceptualize and lead campaigns / pitches.Bonus : Proficiency in Blender, 3D software, illustration, or doodling.
