Job description

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, schedule, and post content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms such as Quora, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and questions, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance SolutionInns social media presence.

Help create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, short videos, posts) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Assist in maintaining a content calendar and planning content to coincide with key dates, campaigns, and promotions.

Support branding initiatives by helping to maintain consistency in the messaging and visual identity of the SolutionInn brand across all channels.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.

Actively participate in relevant online communities and forums, such as Quora and Reddit, to promote SolutionInn s brand and offerings.

Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility.

Skills Required

Ability to create engaging, clear, and creative content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other marketing channels.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools to create visual content.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to create and manage email campaigns, including writing, designing, and analyzing performance.
Capability to research current digital trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
