Job Description for Sr.Officer / Executive - International Sales
- Facilitate for distributor agreements, MoU for all product lines with Global Sales team and distributors.
- Track distributor agreements – new, renewal, addendums.
- Follow up with the legal team to vet and execute legal agreements, vendor contracts.
- Execute with consultants to notarize, and undertake apostille from the MEA, India, and relevant international embassy.
- Coordination with global team for regulatory requirements in country registrations.
- Compiling registration requirements and follow up with HO teams to complete requirements.
- Ensure HO support in International Studies requirements & record maintaining.
- Plan business meetings for Forecast Tracking and weekly business update meetings.
- Keep a track of the different reports and trackers (event report, travel report, travel tracker).
- Follow-up with Regional teams to provide Monthly updates through the Monthly Sales ppt along with the Quality Objectives.
- Coordinate with Regulatory team for the Quality Objective Indicators.
- Support Molbio in regional public health events with the appropriate Molbio HO teams.
- Coordination for annual regional distributor meetings for Molbio along with the GM-Global Events and Advocacy.
- Process distributor payments and commissions.
- Issuance of Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders related to payments in SAP.
- Payment Process of bills related to international events, consultation expenses.
- Physical & Soft Record Keeping as per ISO compliance.
- SOP & Change Control Documentation coordination.
- Audit Support and arrangement for documentation requirements.
- Other sales administrative related responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor.
