Role Overview
We are seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end Digital Transformation across the Record-to-Report (R2R) function. The role demands deep expertise in finance operations, process optimization, technology modernization, and delivering scalable transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Transformation roadmap for R2R, covering process excellence, automation, analytics, and platform modernization.
- Drive process re-engineering , standardization, and global harmonization across R2R.
- Oversee deployment of AI / ML , GenAI , and intelligent automation to enhance accuracy, speed, and decision-making.
- Partner with technology teams on ERP transformation (SAP / Oracle), workflow tools, and cloud-based financial platforms.
- Manage large, cross-functional global transformation initiatives with strong governance, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Build digital capability within the R2R function and mentor teams to adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational controls while improving efficiency and agility.
Required Skills & Experience
18–25 years of total experience with strong leadership exposure in R2R transformation .Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation , preferably in global enterprises.Expertise in automation ecosystems (RPA, workflow tools, OCR / IDP, analytics platforms).Exposure to AI, ML, GenAI solutions – ability to identify and drive AI-led use cases.Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, financial systems, controls, and global finance operations.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and program leadership skills.Skills Required
