Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications in a production environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability. Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues. Proven hands-on experience with Mediation Zone by Digital Route. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and best practices. Ability to analyse requirements and deliver effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is desirable. Advanced techniques in mediation and integration using Digital Route’s platform. Enhanced proficiency in Java and J2EE frameworks. Broader understanding of telecom data flows and architecture. Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices. Exposure to enterprise-level IT operations and support models.
