Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review client RA bills and certify subcontractor bills.
- Maintain measurement sheets, drawings, and billing documentation.
- Perform quantity take-off from IFC / GFC drawings and verify quantities at site.
- Update BOQ / BOM, material reconciliation, and extra item measurements.
- Monitor project cost vs. budget and support rate analysis for extra items.
- Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and execution teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and attend client / subcontractor meetings for billing approvals.
