Overview : We are seeking a talented Product Designer Intern to join our team and help shape the future of our loyalty platform. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive engagement on our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the loyalty industry.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
Maintain design consistency and standards across the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.

Qualifications :

Prior experience / internships / projects done as a Product Designer or similar role

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Knowledge in graphic designing.

Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A portfolio showcasing your design work and process, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Experience with A / B testing and data analysis tools.
