Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and aligning their needs with our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and digital channels.
- Client Acquisition & Conversion : Conduct client meetings and presentations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Needs Analysis : Understand client marketing goals and recommend suitable digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion data using CRM and internal tracking tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience :1–2 years of relevant experience — ₹25,000–₹30,000 / month (1–2 openings)6 months – 1 year of experience — ₹20,000–₹25,000 / monthInternship / Fresher (with strong communication skills) — ₹15,000–₹20,000 / monthStrong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field / client meetings.Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Compensation
Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
