Accountant
Job Summary :
The Accountant is responsible for managing billing and accounts receivable functions to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. The role includes maintaining up-to-date financial records, verifying billing data, following up on overdue accounts, and preparing financial reports for management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Invoice Preparation : Accurately prepare and issue invoices based on approved orders or services rendered.
- Data Verification : Review and verify billing details to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Accounts Receivable Management : Monitor customer accounts, track payments, and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Reporting : Generate and maintain billing and receivable reports for management review and decision-making.
- Record Maintenance : Ensure all financial and billing records are updated, accurate, and properly documented.
- Additional Duties : Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience : 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.Technical Skills :Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred) and MS Excel.Strong knowledge of billing procedures and financial documentation.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
