Key Responsibilities :

✅ Develop and implement social media strategies to promote website content and grow digital audience.

✅ Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and content distribution across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

✅ Collaborate with editorial, video, and design teams to create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, creatives).

✅ Track news trends and identify opportunities for real-time engagement and viral content.

✅ Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights.

✅ Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all channels.

✅ Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices.

✅ Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience feedback.

✅ Support paid campaign execution to boost reach and drive traffic.

✅ Align social content with SEO and digital growth strategies using trending keywords.

Location : Republic Media – Noida, Sector 158

Experience Required : 3–5 Years

Preferred Background : Only Candidates with prior experience in Media / News / Digital Publishing will be given preference.
