We are seeking a proactive and organized Associate HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. The role involves managing attendance records, coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining HR data, preparing reports, handling conflicts, assisting in manpower management, facilitating events, and serving as a liaison between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing queries and facilitating effective communication.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws in all HR practices.
- Compile and submit HR reports as requested by management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Support in managing workforce allocation and addressing staffing needs.
- Aid in organizing and coordinating company events, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com or BBA preferred).0-1 year experience in Human Resource.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Telugu is a plus.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to tasks.Preferred Skills :
Basic understanding of HR practices.
Experience in recruitment .
