Your role and responsibilities :
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Low Voltage Products & Solutions within a designated market / division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative Business Development targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the ABB EL Smart Power & Smart Buildings (Low Voltage Products & Solutions) in Bengaluru Cluster (KA). Main stakeholders are Architects, MEP Consultants, Project Management Consultants, End Users, Govt establishments.
You will be mainly accountable for :
Identifying new business opportunities and Communicating with the customers about upcoming project requirements with deliverables, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Build & maintain long-term relationships, understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support. Work Cross functional with
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
You enjoy working with the Residential, Commercial buildings, Infrastructure and Industrial market segments
Ability to demonstrate your experience in Product & Solutions. You have at least 5 to 6 years of experience in Electrical Switchgear domain .
Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in Office 365, Salesforce CRM Tools
Degree in Diploma / BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
You are at ease communicating in Kannada, Hindi, English and any other India Language
You hold current Driving licenses valid in India and possess own car
