Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Head of Sales (Tourism). The role involves leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals, managing accounts, and nurturing relationships with key partners. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and facilitating team development for peak performance. The Head of Sales will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing the company's leadership in the experiential travel market.

Qualifications

  • Experience of Travel & Tourism Industry is must
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to maintain and grow key client relationships
  • Experience in building & managing team to inspire, guide, and motivate a sales team towards meeting company objectives
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to leverage data and insights for market analysis and informed decision-making
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
