Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Assistant will assist in managing HR operations, maintain records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and support the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department. Key responsibilities include benefits administration, assisting with training programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
• Experience in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Skills in Benefits Administration and understanding of employee welfare programs
• Proficiency in assisting with and coordinating Training programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous HR experience or internships would be advantageous
