- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years experience in a developer / business analyst role
- Strong base in IT fundamentals, including : full life-cycle of an IT project - project initiation / planning, business requirements definition, functional / technical design, development, test plans, documentation, implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL, relational database design and concepts.
- Oracle DBMS knowledge
- Experience in Linux Shell Scripting
- Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of hands on experience with structured programming is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, and various levels of management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to investigate problems and to develop / execute appropriate action plans
- Strong project-management and organizational skills

- Experience in Materials Planning / Logistic processes a plus.
- Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting a plus (reports within dynamics are built via SSRS, Dynamics is not supporting any Crystal resports)
- Experience in MS Server Integration Services (SSIS) and KingswaySoft a plus - this is part of the interfaces stack
- Microsoft SQL Server, web services knowledge a plus.
