CRM Application Developer Analyst

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years experience in a developer / business analyst role
• Strong base in IT fundamentals, including : full life-cycle of an IT project - project initiation / planning, business requirements definition, functional / technical design, development, test plans, documentation, implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL, relational database design and concepts.
• Oracle DBMS knowledge
• Experience in Linux Shell Scripting
• Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of hands on experience with structured programming is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, and various levels of management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to investigate problems and to develop / execute appropriate action plans
• Strong project-management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and creative, with a focus on continual improvement and new ideas

• Experience in Materials Planning / Logistic processes a plus.
• Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting a plus (reports within dynamics are built via SSRS, Dynamics is not supporting any Crystal resports)
• Experience in MS Server Integration Services (SSIS) and KingswaySoft a plus  - this is part of the interfaces stack
• Microsoft SQL Server, web services knowledge a plus.
