Product Designer (Immediate Start)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI / UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for B2B SaaS platforms and complex enterprise systems. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design of seamless user experiences for B2B SaaS and complex enterprise platforms.
• Conduct user research and testing, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Stay current with user-centered design trends, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment of design and business goals.
• Present and articulate design rationale effectively, using compelling storytelling to drive consensus.
• Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products.
• Integrate concepts into various tools, including Miro, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Utilize Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to create exceptional designs.
• Manage UX project planning using tools such as Jira, Trello, and Monday.
• Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery to bridge the gap between design and development.
