Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, source, and convert clients who require Digital Marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Branding, Performance Marketing, etc.) and IT services (Web Development, App Development, Software Solutions, IT Support, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, sales acumen, and the ability to understand client requirements to offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate leads for potential clients in need of digital marketing and IT services .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
• Understand client requirements, propose relevant solutions, and prepare business proposals / presentations.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
