Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to join the Global Trade Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Letter of Credit Issuance, confirmation, advising, bill lodgements, and negotiation. This role involves working closely with customers and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Responsibility :
- Handle Letter of Credit issuance, confirmation, advising, and collections.
- Lodge bills and negotiate documents presented under Letter of Credit.
- Authorize trade bookings, including Bank Guarantees, LC advising, and collections.
- Directly interact with customers and provide excellent trade finance services.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade rules.
Requirements :
3-8 years of experience in Trade Finance operations.Proficiency in checking documents presented under Letter of Credit for negotiation and confirmation.Knowledge of trade compliance, trade-based money laundering, and sanctions (mandatory).Familiarity with international trade rules such as UCP600, URR 725, URC 522, Incoterms 2020, ISBP, and URDG 725.Understanding of local regulations for exports and imports (mandatory).Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Customer service experience in Trade Finance products is an added advantageSkills Required
