You’ll take the reins to shape our growth strategy, scale brand presence, and lead the company into its next phase of expansion. This is an equity-only opportunity initially , ideal for someone who believes in building long-term value and is excited to grow alongside the brand. 🌟 Responsibilities Drive overall business strategy and growth for the brand in India and beyond. Build partnerships with designers, influencers, and retail collaborators. Oversee marketing, finance, and operations to scale efficiently. Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations. Guide product and brand positioning with a strong sense of fashion and trend insight. Recruit, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team. 💼 Ideal Candidate Background in business, entrepreneurship, or brand management (experience in fashion, retail, or D2C is a big plus). Deep appreciation for style, fashion, and jewelry trends. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — equally comfortable in boardrooms and creative sessions. Proven leadership ability with an entrepreneurial mindset.
