Strong expertise in SLAs, RCA, test data creation, and performance risk mitigation. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Role Responsibilities :
- Define performance engineering strategy and review test plans, scenarios, and results.
- Lead test execution using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad.
- Coordinate with DevOps and development teams for performance tuning and environment readiness.
- Track metrics, manage defects, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
