• Want to grow and contribute to user-centred, visually compelling, and technically feasible design solutions with 4+ years of experience in UI / UX design or related fields.
• Have a solid background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver impactful projects.
• Demonstrate experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products.
• Possess high-level skills in Figma,Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software.(We are using Figma!)
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Bonus Points for :
• Proven experience with Interaction / Motion Design
• Possess basic knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, fintech processes, and how KYC (Know Your Customer) works.
