About the Role
The SOM Configuration Engineer will implement and configure ServiceNow Sales Order Management modules, working closely with architects and business teams to deliver tailored order processing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure SOM module features, order workflows, and product catalogs.
- Collaborate on integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
- Develop scripts, UI policies, and data transformation rules.
- Support testing, documentation, and user enablement.
