About this opportunity :

Ericsson is currently looking for an experienced Engineer who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing our technical capabilities in Automated Operations of Services. The successful candidate will ensure configuration / Trouble Tickets / Troubleshooting / Security Compliances on various Core nodes on Ericsson Network Architecture.

What you will do :

• To ensure configuration / upgrades / updates on various SAPC PCRF nodes monitoring and review of TT, CR and AT on daily basis.
• To ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
• To ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are properly & periodically followed.
• To contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.

The skills you bring :

Total Experience : 2-3 years in Telecom Industry

Relevant Experience : 2-3 yrs (relevant to SAPC PCRF network)

Technical and / or functional skills : [Network Nodes / SAPC PCRF]

The primary purpose is to take full responsibility of Troubleshooting & Problem Analysis / Technical Discussions / Self Initiator to Mentor peers for Competence Development / Process understanding and awareness / Audits awareness and follow ups / handling emergencies and trouble tickets activities related to SAPC PCRF Network.
