Sale & Service Engineer

As a Sales and service engineers need to provide a technical service to the client as per requirements, and required communication, troubleshooting skills as well as knowledge of processors, must be able to install, operate, and repair a variety of complex electronic equipment. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery Plan and modify products to meet customer needs Using skill and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
