Purpose of the Role
The Project TC (Testing & Commissioning) Manager is responsible for managing all activities required to achieve customer acceptance of the train systems in compliance with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) requirements. The role also ensures Return of Experience (REX) is properly captured and integrated into future projects and platforms.

️ Project Planning & DeliveryDefine Train Acceptance Criteria in alignment with contractual commitments.Accountable for Serial Testing and Commissioning with support from site TC resources.Validate vehicle configuration and quality at handover from Manufacturing.Lead Go / No-Go decisions at key project milestones (PC9 : Mfg. to Testing, PC11 : Testing to Quality).Ensure all test documentation (plans, tools, workload planning, etc.) meets project and customer expectations.�� Execution & Coordination
Interface with Engineering , Manufacturing , Validation , RAMS , and Quality to ensure testability and issue resolution.Collaborate with Warranty teams to ensure smooth integration post-customer delivery.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for customer acceptance milestones.�� Performance & Compliance
Ensure QCD and EHS compliance within the Testing & Commissioning Work Package.Capture and manage non-conformities, deviations, and near-miss events.Track and report KPIs and progress to internal and external stakeholders.�� Knowledge Transfer & Improvement
Actively contribute to REX (Return of Experience) processes to inform future projects and platform designs.Ensure continuous improvement of test methodologies, documentation, and team performance.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

�� Educational Requirements
Mandatory : Master's degree in Engineering or equivalentDesirable : Additional specialization in Railway Industry��️ Experience
Mandatory :5+ years in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical / Control / Network systems in rail or process industries2+ years in Test Engineering (TC Methods)Fluent in EnglishDesirable :Familiarity with high-risk EHS activities (electrical work, commissioning)Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional environments�� Competencies
